Visiting Students

Year-long or Semester-long Programmes

International students are free to choose from a wide range of undergraduate courses from within the School, but applicants should note that entry to some courses may depend on the level of prior knowledge of the subject involved. There is usually no difficulty in finding a place on a freshman course (undergraduate year one and two) but entry to sophister courses (undergraduate years three and four) is more restricted and must be discussed in advance with the relevant departmental coordinator. Those courses to which entry is restricted are marked with an asterisk on the departmental pages. Not all courses listed on departmental pages will necessarily be available every year. The departmental coordinators for international students are listed below:

History: Dr Robert Armstrong
History of Art: Dr Peter Cherry
Classics: Dr Martine Cuypers
